My experience at Snows Volkswagen Van Centre Plymouth could have been better because of the lack of progress updates about my order, I felt communication could have been a lot better. I don't believe it is the fault of Snows but this is the longest I've ever had to wait for delivery of a new vehicle out of the hundreds of vehicles I've purchased.

I recommend them as a good range of vehicles. People friendly and helpful except one who felt it to much bother to help. Prep of vehicle very poor. Keys to tow bar missing essential wheel socket for removing wheels missing. T6 a great drive VWs are great only cars and vans we have had over past 30 yrs
